We are a Building Services Engineering Consultancy practice, operating out of Wales, with our office in Port Talbot. Our team of highly experienced Chartered Building Services Engineers and Sustainability Consultants started this practice to give our clients a unique, responsive MEP Design service. We operate closely M&E Contractors and Developers to bring a holistic design experience to the project.

We also offer bespoke RIBA Stages 5-7 Packages for Contractors, focusing on combined supports, providing pinchpoint details to Contractors and Designing for Offsite Manufacturing.

We provide sustainability consultant services to the construction industry, with technical experts to provide services such as overheating assessments, PSI Value Calculations, SBEMs, EPCs and SAP Calculations.
